Warranty PolicyWe place a high value on the satisfaction of our fishing friends and the fishing performance of our rods. Our warranty policy is a trust relationship. If you have a Carbon X™ rod that you feel has a defect in workmanship or materials or a warranty related failure you may ship the rod to us and we will inspect, repair, or replace the rod as is appropriate. Ship the rod to us with a note describing what is wrong with the rod and how the problem occurred. Include your return address, your phone number and email address with the rod. Ship your rod to us and please put attn: Warranty on the ship label.
